While many dare to dream, only a few turn those dreams into a reality. Bill Weidner, Brad Stone, Garry Saunders, and the team at GGAM have helped transform visionary concepts into some of the world’s most recognized integrated resorts. Over the span of 30 years, the people making up the GGAM team have built international reputations as creators and operators of world-class destinations. Collectively, they have helped develop and operate the world’s largest and most sophisticated integrated resorts, many of which transformed entire skylines and cityscapes into beacons of tourism. These resorts have generated billions in economic impact and have created tens of thousands of jobs for the host cities. GGAM’s principals were involved with opening and managing over 20 properties and worked in 20 jurisdictions with an aggregate of over 21,000 hotel rooms, representing over $20 billion of capital deployed since 1999. In their last five years with Las Vegas Sands, the GGAM principals participated in opening more and larger projects than any other developer in the world. In the course of developing, opening and operating these casino properties, in excess of 30,000 gaming industry professionals have worked under the GGAM principals. Collectively the GGAM team has brought to market more large-scale integrated casino resorts than any other casino operator. Now, this team of elite executives has formed partnerships with financial powerhouses, leading edge gaming innovators, and exclusive luxury developers to further solidify their reputations as leaders in integrated resort development. They have assembled a dream team of financiers, architects, designers, high-tech gaming facilitators and experienced operators who turn visionary projects into a reality.
